Private Prosecutions on behalf of Local Authorities

Here at IBB Crime we have experience prosecuting on behalf of the surrounding local authorities. We have extensive experience in prosecuting Benefit Fraud for different local authorities, along with less serious offences such as non-payment of parking tickets. We regularly prosecute such cases in the Magistrates' Court and the Crown Court.
